My love and passion for capturing memories stems from my childhood. I always remember little moments growing up, our house filled with the sound of old Arabic songs playing, black and white movies on in the background, and the smell of Nescafé brewing in the kitchen. My fondest memories are sitting down with my family and listening to Fairouz for hours on end. My parents love for old film and music have become the same love that I still embody today.

My dad was an avid collector of photographs from his childhood and mine. Appreciating his collection influenced my love for photos. I began scrapbooking and even became president of the yearbook club. You’d always find me with a digital camera on me! Sitting down with those albums my dad accumulated throughout the years was probably the best part of my childhood.
